Parks and water fountains

Anybody have any idea when the city is turning off the water to parks this year? IIRC it felt early last year but haven't seen any update anywhere yet, but I easily could have missed something.

Easiest trades ever. This was a few turns before a science victory, so it didn't really matter, but I saw these and was like, you get nice toasty coats and I'll make those coats irrelevant when I melt your city to the ground. Seems fair.
