Does Tianyu normally send you a video of the diamond before you purchase it if you are getting a custom setting and diamond? What are their normal steps in the whole process. They have mostly been communicating with me on WhatsApp. Thank you

Hello, I am not sure how to look for a diamond. I have seen elsewhere where you can fill out a form with what you are looking for and the preferred vendors will send a quote. Is that how it works here or do I need to contact the vendors through their individual websites? How long does it normally take to get a ring from overseas once you have approved everything. He wants to propose at the end of August so I need to get going on this. He is looking for a 3- 3.5 ct cushion cut D-F, VVS2-VVS1; wants very clear and sparkly lab diamond with a simple band.
