Are "made in china" versions of the same Ray Ban models really lower quality?

I ordered prescription Ray Bans today from a local store.
And I noticed the glasses I tried at this store had "made in china" on them.
But in some other stores the try-on glasses of the same model do not have "made in china".
So do you think the glasses I ordered would have "made in china" on them too?
And if I cancel this order and switch stores, do you think I can assure a non "made in china" ray ban by asking the store?

I'm scared since I keep reading about people getting noticeably lower quality Ray Bans from these "made in china" alternatives.
