Its owned by a mechanic its been engined swapped but the engine was pulled from a random honda so he doesn’t know when the timing belt or water pump was replaced and it also has an exhaust manifold leak but it just needs a new gasket but it dose have a new fuel pump, suspension sys and 02 sensor he hasn’t done much to it since because he isn’t making anything from selling it he just needs space in his shop but how much would yall think timing belt and water pump would cost at a shop

I might be buying a car 2hrs away from me but the only day we are both free is Saturday how should i go about this the title is notarized im just wondering how im gonna get this car back to my house
