Reasons Why Yae Miko Won't be Replaced:

Highest subdps in the game without a support set, f2p craftable, or premium teammates.

Free C1 gives 50% teamwide SSC buff to the entire team including herself.

Does 40% of the team dps in the Sandrone team as a subdps and mogs the second best electro option (C6 Beidou) by being more than a 30% dps increase over her. Does arguably more for Sandrone than Ineffa does for Flins.

Reasons Why Yae Miko Will be Replaced:

So, in v4, Yae's stellar conduct mv went from 150% -> 200%. Before v4, Yae was already doing Ineffa level dmg. And this is without a subdps/support artifact set, f2p snezhnaya craftable, and premium teammates. She also buffs more than Ineffa. And they still decided to give an additional 50% stellar conduct mv in v4 (basically increased Yae's stellar conduct dmg by around 33%).

Yae get buffed again lol. Her stellar mv went from 125% -> 150% and her C1 buffs stellar conduct dmg by 50% instead of 40% now. Fischl isn't even in the conversation anymore, we need to start comparing Ineffa and C1 Yae (which you can get for free from the Stella Fortuna selector).

Yae is doing almost as dmg as Ineffa right now without a support set, f2p craftable, or premium teammates. She also buffs more than Ineffa as well. While Yae does provide more offensive benefits to her niche in comparison to Ineffa, Ineffa consolidates sustain, so there is a trade off. But the fact there is a genuine comparison between the two is a testament to how broken Yae is right now.

I still wouldnt pull Yae, but she is looking to be insanely strong.

I think my list is pretty non-controversial, but if y'all have any changes you want to make let me know please.

She didn't even need the buffs, but Hoyo has given up on balance ever since Mavuika released. We are so screwed for Snezhnaya.

How is Yae doing almost as much damage as Sandrone in her team as an off-field sub dps that provides a 40% buff to stellar-conduct and electro dmg, I actually can't 😭
