I purchased a GameSir SuperNova on August 16, 2025, from an authorized seller in Egypt. Recently, recently I noticed an issue with the right trigger. It has become misaligned, making it difficult to use in Hair Trigger mode, as it now requires significantly more force to press compared to the left trigger.
I contacted GameSir support, but I was told that they are not responsible for third-party sellers, even though this seller is listed as an authorized distributor on GameSir’s official website.
I then contacted the seller, who informed me that the warranty is only six months and that the remaining warranty period should be handled by the manufacturer.
After researching the issue, I found that this appears to be a common defect reported by many users across the Nova lineup, which makes the situation even more disappointing.
I have been a strong supporter of GameSir products. I purchased both the G7 HE and the SuperNova, and I was even planning to buy the G7 Pro soon. I have also consistently recommended GameSir controllers to my friends, and two of them purchased your products based on my recommendations.
However, after this experience, I believe I will seriously consider alternative brands in the future.
