I'm sure such questions must've been asked many times. But I own a commercial property (shop) back in my home country which is for rental. It does have residence on top of it but I don't own any residential home in it. I only own the shop. Will I still be eligible as a first time home buyer when I'm planning to start buying next year?

I had previously downloaded Maya crack from getintopc website which worked fine for 15-20 days and then suddenly it was asking me for license so I thought maybe this version wouldn't work anymore. I uninstalled everything and then downloaded the Maya from torrent and now the installer just stops running suddenly. While installing I disabled antivirus. I extracted it. I followed the instructions and clicked on the setup to install but it stops suddenly with no clue whatsoever. I searched my laptop trying to see if it installed in some other location but nothing. I deleted temp files and Maya folder on my Drive. I deleted as much as I could find related to the software and tried again. Same issue.

Is there a solution for this? Thank you
