Jobs

I just got my bachelors in VFX.

Never had a paid job before, only volunteering roles.

I create generative AI content.

But, I am struggling with finding the most simple job just to get by. How should I approach this? I can provide more info when asked.

Insane sauce hack

Ive been making my meals colder recently in the summer and a good way is sauce.

Naturally youd just use fat free yogurt to bulk up a dressing or sauce.

I used 100g of frozen cauliflower and it gave me a very liquad like consistency that somewhat felt solid.

My attempt:

100g frozen cauliflower

50g fat free mayo

12g of chilled Kishik powder (look it up)

200g sugar free almond milk

50g of raw and peeled carrot

Idk what was going on in my head but that tasted like a Crix (its a chips brand)

Unfortunately I don't have any photos but i plan on uploading some soon.

My portion made around 400ml of thick sauce for roughly 170ishcals which sounds like a lot but that tasted so good and obviously you dont have to make that much of it. But honestly it can be a dish on its own something like a smoothie bowl.

Safe to say this is best served cold.

Maintenance calories post cut

Hello all,

M21 167cm.

Just finished my cut from 62.5kg to 59ish kg eating 1800 calories

Im pleased with how I look but, I noticed my weight isn't changing over the course of 3 weeks. Does that mean my new TDEE os 1800 cuz I was eating 2200 and more and maintaining at 62kg-ish

I get 10k steps daily

125 calories on the treadmill daily

And lift weights 5 days a week with intensity

I did look it up on a TDEE calc and it said 2200 to 2300. But again my weight isn't changing at 1800 in 3 weeks?

What do I do? Im at the point in my cut where im very tired with alot of brain fog. Any guidance?
