Tom Scott: England Kitchen Set

I've enjoyed most of the Tom Scott: England episodes. But...

Am I the only one who finds that kitchen set extremely off-putting? It just feels wrong in a funny way that most fake "homey" sets don't for me. It almost feels like it's from the Backrooms. Doesn't ruin the video, but I just find it unreasonably uncomfortable if I focus on those parts of the video.

Am I on my own here? Or did they really just get that set wrong?

Nebula: Can we fix the next episode situation?

I couldn't find a post on this with a search, but it'll surprise me if it's not somewhere.

Can someone at nebula fix the Jet Lag episodes so that the suggested next episode is actually the next Jet Lag episode?

I like having Jet Lag in the background while working. It's obviously not a big deal, but annoying every single time the next episode is wrong. It's been wrong for the the season 1 episodes and is wrong for the first episode of season 2 I'm on now. I'm hoping this can be fixed.

Another vote to just get a simple rabbit ears tv antenna over the Amazon flat antenna nonsense.

A year ago we cut the cord and bought one of the scammy Amazon flat antennae. (Amazon Link) Knowing that it likely wasn't the best, but it's easy to try. It worked well enough that we stuck with it. At one point I asked for advice on here and a couple people recommended simple rabbit ears.

I finally bought the cheap Phillips rabbit ears. (Amazon Link)

Connected it, and it was immediately notably better at everything. Can't recommend it enough for anyone with nearby stations (15 to 30 miles here). For me I am now getting everything listed as Good or Fair in the rabbitears.info report. Link And it only took a little fiddling. With the flat antenna, good reception was always inconsistent or nonexistent for about half the channels.

I'm not saying anything new here, just wanted to add one more voice to hopefully push people in the right direction to help themselves or others.

I do know that there are flat antennas of higher quality, but can't speak to how they would compare.

Question On Tickets for GSOC Co-op International

I've been watching the big curling tournaments for years and have gotten into curling myself over the last two years.

I'm looking at possibly going to the Co-op International in Victoria, BC in October with my family. Right now it is just day/multi-day passes on sale. Definitely seem like a good deal if you can take advantage of most of a day, but with kids, I think seeing even two draws would be pushing it.

I'm assuming/hoping there'll be single draw tickets available at some point. Am I mistaken? What's the usual timeline for single draw tickets to go on sale? How does this usually work? Any advice? We would probably be able to go on the Friday or Saturday.
