What We Need (Non-Negotiable)

* Strong **Full-Stack Developer** with solid **AI/ML experience**. * Minimum **4–5 years** of industry experience preferred. * You will invest initial funds for development. Eg: get your own claude subscription, AWS etc.(**reimbursed upon raising investment** or **converted into equity** at your choice).

Equity & Terms (Clear & Founder-Friendly)

* I’ve been full-time since March 2026 (no salary taken and invested my savings so far) and will hold an additional **10% equity** for the extra work, validation, and risk taken. * Standard equity split will be adjusted accordingly. * **Vesting**: 1-year cliff + 3-year monthly vesting (standard). * If you can’t join full-time immediately, equity will be **milestone-based** and formally allotted only when you join full-time. * Partnership deed will be executed from Day 1.
