does anyone else have issues with urban outfitters account restriction?
i've been a loyal customer at urban outfitters for years now, i always shop there with no issues and have never faced issues with customer service, etc. other than one specific instance where I received a top with the security tag on it but I couldn't go in store for it because the closest urban is 1 hour away (I only shop online). They told me they would send me an exchange but then told me a week later when I ASKED that the item is sold out and the exchange will not be coming so to just ignore the emails because it'll fix itself under my account. Then, I got an email a few months later when I placed my first order at free people account has been restricted because I never returned a top that I requested an exchange for so I kept two for the price of one technically. I spoke to customer service and they said they'll fix it. Now, I just tried again and my order won't go through so I called customer service and they told me that my order isnt going through because of a restriction and I have to wait 1-3 business days.... but the top i want is almost sold out. like what?!?! im so angry right now, I can't even create a new account because it will track it down as the same one. What do I even do?
