Hi there. If a two word domain I like has a min order of $3500, what do you suggest I start with ?

Trying to secure a 6 letter .com domain on Godaddy. It was listed at 6k Buy It Now or Make an offer (min offer 1k). I sent an offer for 1k and they countered 5k. I then went back with 2k and they declined. Now I see the make an offer is still an option (min offer still 1k) but the buy it now is removed. Why do you think that is ? What is a good strategy here ?

I submitted one more offer at 2.5k and haven’t heard back. Appreciate any insight !

I have a software/ hardware business that will do 1.6 m this year with net profit of 200k. We have 25k mrr. We just launched our product last year, spending nearly 3m in retained earnings to build it. A investor wants to come in and invest 500k for 20%. This money won’t change much for us but the investor is really smart and has access to more funds. We’re growing about 15% a year. Any thoughts ? We’re in environmental services.

In the market for a lr4. I am aware of many of the differences between these two vintages. However if it’s between a 110k mile 2013 lr4 or a clean 70k mile 2016 lr4 at similar prices, what would you recommend ?

In the market for a clean, rust free LR4 in green. Ideally based on the feedback from other LR4 owners is either a 2013 5.0 or the V6 vintage 2015,2016 MY.

If you are close to CA that would be ideal. If you have the service records and have most of the major Mx items in even more interested but I do understand it will need things at some point, depending on age and mileage.
