I have the house on the market and no offers no one wants to buy the property. I lowered the price and still no offers. The buyers claim the driveway is to small and the neighbor Is dirty and has a bunch of cars in the driveway that block my driveway even I can't get drive out my drive way. I really want to sell because it has apartments In the back foster home In the front with unruly teenagers that play football and throw the ball all in my yard the county is polluted with chemical plants every where and the water is polluted I did not know this as I am from Florida and my husband was the one that bought the property from out of state. What can I do to get rid of this property asap as it is a nightmare. I don't think no-one wants to buy the property to live in and no I do not want to rent it out. I am thinking of a short sale because the property is underwater as I owe 243,000 and no one wants to buy it for 269,000 so I can walk away paying off the bank. Only investors want to buy it for 200,000, I would like some recommendations.
