Hi guys
Recently diagnosed, I wanted to know how do you guys manage life while trying to find the right treatment ? Between low energy and burnout. Not just with work, but also relationships, routines. Basic day-to-day things.
I’m in my late 20s with Autism Spectrum Disorder (level 1), and I’m still living with my parents. I may leave my job due to burnout and rely on them financially for what I believe will be a long period of time.
I feel a lot of pressure and guilt about it, especially seeing people my age being independent.
Is anyone else in a similar situation? How are you handling it?
For those who use vision boards regularly, what kind of results have you seen? Do you think they actually manifest things, or are they more of a tool for clarity and consistency ?
