Maintained an aggressive deficit of about 800-900kcal and excessive cardio. I used to eat about 1800 kcal with 170g protein with occasional binge days which worsened over time. Strength trained 6 times a week following a single body part split. Eventually realised it wasn’t sustainable and finally developed a healthy relationship with food. Now I run about 30-40km weekly and strength train 2 times a week for muscle retention. Currently on a cut from 75 to 70kg to reach 10-12% body fat. Currently i’m eating 3000kcal with 150g protein while maintaining an average deficit of 400-500kcal
