I'm a CSE fresher and recently got an opportunity to work as a techno-functional consultant in Blue Yonder WMS. I'm trying to figure out if it's a good long-term career choice.
How is the salary growth, career progression, and demand for this role? Is it a good path for a fresher, or would it be better to stick with a software development career?

Should I take a 2.5-3 LPA job or focus 100% on CAT 2026?
I've graduated this year (btech) and I'm kinda stuck 8/5/9 Gem. Now, I have a job offer in techno functional consultant wms ( supply chain and logistics) (3 LPA), but my parents want me to stay home and focus on CAT or gov jobs
Parents' View: A job will distract me; I need to study full-time to score high.
My Fear: If I don't take the job and CAT fails again, I'm left with a huge resume gap.
Any suggestions
