Can NIOS Class 12 improvement help my IIM chances after graduating B.Tech?

Hi everyone, I'm a GEM with a 7/5/7 profile (10th/12th/B.Tech). I passed Maharashtra HSC in 2022 and graduated with B.Tech in 2026. I'm targeting CAT and IIMs, and I'm concerned that my Class 12 marks may hurt my chances. I'm thinking about appearing for NIOS Class 12 now to improve my percentage should I give cat or just focus on my carrier

Has anyone been in a similar situation or knows how IIMs treat this?

Will IIMs consider the improved NIOS Class 12 marks or my original Maharashtra HSC marks?

Has anyone actually converted an IIM after doing this?

Is it worth the time, or should I focus on CAT and work experience instead?

I'd really appreciate replies from people who have firsthand experience or know the official policy. Thanks!

Is Blue Yonder WMS techno-functional consulting a good career for a CSE fresher?

Hi everyone,

I'm a CSE fresher and recently got an opportunity to work as a techno-functional consultant in Blue Yonder WMS. I'm trying to figure out if it's a good long-term career choice.

How is the salary growth, career progression, and demand for this role? Is it a good path for a fresher, or would it be better to stick with a software development career?

I'd love to hear from people who have worked with Blue Yonder WMS or in similar techno-functional consulting roles. Thanks!

Should I take a 3 LPA job or focus 100% on CAT 2026?

Should I take a 2.5-3 LPA job or focus 100% on CAT 2026?

I've graduated this year (btech) and I'm kinda stuck 8/5/9 Gem. Now, I have a job offer in techno functional consultant wms ( supply chain and logistics) (3 LPA), but my parents want me to stay home and focus on CAT or gov jobs

Parents' View: A job will distract me; I need to study full-time to score high.

My Fear: If I don't take the job and CAT fails again, I'm left with a huge resume gap.

Any suggestions
