I'm currently in the fourth year of my first successful Star Player save as a power hitter, but I've also tried multiple times to make an RP thats always failed unless I turned down the difficulty and increased the pitching aids. Is this just a skill issue? Or are you supposed to be really bad even if you pick independent league or industrial player types. Idk if this makes sense but thanks!

Bonus question: when are you supposed to hit free agency? I barely know anything about the NPB

I am so confused. I got reccomended this trailer for a documentary on Elizabeth Holmes, loved it, but its made by Nathan Fielder. I look online and he seems like an awkward comedian yet everyone treats him like an autor and a comedic genius? I am being completely honest, who is this guy and what makes him so prominent?
