How much should I be harging

Hi there,

I am a lash tech from a small town in Australia looking to open my business. I've been in the industry for a few years now and the salon I was working for has closed for their own reasons.

I am wanting some advice on how much I should be charging for infills, fullsets, etc. The salon I was working for was charging $110 for a volume fullset whether that was hybrid, light or mega, and $55 for 2 week infills, $65 for 3 week fills, $90 for classics and $45 2 week fill and $55 for 3 week fill. The salon increased the prices from the ones I mentioned by $15 but just for the owner's work and not mine although I believe my work is worth more than what was being charged.

I am worried about charging too high and people not booking with me but worried about not charging enough and not making any money either and the business will fail.
Currently I will be offering classic, light volume, full volume, mega, hybrid, wet set, wispy, coloured and hopefully tinsel/glitter lashes. I will also offer lash lift, brow lamination, waxing, and tinting.

I hope to offer handmade volume sets later on once I have worked more on my own skills for these. I also plan on training in nails as well to provide those services too

Any advice on opening a business and pricing would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Szeki Studios Etsy Comments, Feedback

Hi all, im getting engaged soon and was wondering what people thought about Szeki Studios on Etsy. I've chatted with a couple people/companies about a custom ring and wanted to see what other peoples thoughts were on Szeki Studios and if I should be aware of anything.

Looking for some advice please
