Pharmacy HPSP Co Op ROTC Route

Hello everyone,

I am a MS3 on the National army HS 3 year scholarship. I applied to Pharmacy school in my MS 2 year and got in, meaning now I am in my first year of pharmacy school. I did a 2+4 year program so I did 2 years of undergrad and now I am in professional school. I am already contracted and I am on track to go to camp this summer. My cadre do not know anything about getting an ed delay and getting the HPSP scholarship for my situation. They are skeptical that I will even get it, I do not want to bring down my studies continuing to do a program that might not even let me continue. If I do not get the ed delay, I will have to drop ROTC and pay back all of my scholarship money they have paid thus far. I have talked to an health care recruiter and she said I needed to get the ed delay this year but my ROTC contacts are saying to wait till next year after camp. I am looking for any advice or info on this situation. I am trying to manage being in pharmacy school, all MS3 rotc commitments, have a job, and plan for my future. Any info would be of great help.

Shed repair

I made a post about a month or two ago in an attempt to receive feedback from the community on how to repair this rotted out shed. This is my progress so far. (First 3 pics are before, rest is progress starting with vent)

I made an invoice generator for my auto repair business

If anyone needs help getting it setup or needs a customizable one for your business - reach out! I would be happy to help. I have fair pricing and will make sure you are happy with the end result. We can tailor the invoice for your business. This is just what I will be using for my business. Once it's yours, you can do with it what you so choose. No monthly fees for any invoice generators. I was sick of them. Lol

I can also point you in the right direction if you would like to do this yourself.

Rebuilding our shed, any and advice helps

Hey shedditors!

I’ll keep it short and clear. My father and I are planning to redo the flooring in our chicken shed. I’ve seen it all on YouTube from the chicken community, but I want to hear it from people that actually have real shed experience. I’m a car mechanic by trade so I’m very hands-on, but I don’t have much experience building. It looks like the moisture underneath the shed is what took out the floor as well as the boards that were laid on the cinderblocks.

My question:
What is the best way to repair the shed floor and joists? Should we attempt to jack up the shed and replace the boards on the cinderblocks?

Second question:
What is the best way to prevent this from happening again? Sealing the new plywood and putting down moisture mats underneath the wood?

I want to say this in advance thank you to anyone that comments. I appreciate all of your knowledge and support. I will keep you guys updated with the rebuild! I want to learn this stuff!!

Thanks you!
