I have an Omnibook X Flip 16 (Intel 200 series Ultra 5 with 16 RAM). Should I buy an iPad A16 even if it disrupts my budget? Like, what are the pros and cons?

I was accepted for HSS Econ on 16th April, but I have been denied my financial aid application, and I can't afford the fees. I have three plans:

1- Take the risk and take a loan from someone or a bank to pay for the first year
2- Go to FAST
3- Ask people on Reddit to advise on how to get aid or a scholarship

If I don't get a solution, I will go to FAST Lahore, inshallah, given that I will get in with 1450 SAT
