Cancelling (WA state, US)
I just want to say that cancelling has been such a pain in the ass. My son has emailed the branch (both through the website contact form and actual email) to cancel and he's been ignored and they're happy to keep billing. I mean if it's not the right way to cancel, at least tell us how? But of course they won't make any effort since that's some revenue lost lol.
I know for a fact that the contact form and their email works because the branch owner has had no issues reaching out to me before when I requested to change my credit card.
Will be contacting ABC Financial next. I'm just pissed at how shady it is and I'm annoyed that I also don't have other nearby gyms to go to myself (my son and I signed up at the same time). And whenever I go, there's never any staff.
