Hi I called CS today to waived my annual fee actually gamit na gamit ko din sya so binigyan nya ko ng options which are pwd syang installment for 12 months, applicable for reversal which is half nlng ichacharge, or for 3 months I need to spend 50k. Ganun ba talaga or how do you guys able to avail fully waive the annual fee without requirements na? This is my first time so Im not sure
