2022 pros and cons higher mileage

Seeing a ton of negativity on this model telluride but we just purchased the ex at 60K miles and have been happy so far. Ride is comfortable, interior is spacious, and no mechanical issues so far. Those who have this year- do you expect it to last well over 100 with proper maintenance? One owner previously and routine maintenance completed, I’m thinking get transmission fluid flushed and spark plugs within the next 10,000 miles.

What platforms can have you busy?

Worked for both betterhelp and rula and neither could support a caseload or even close to it. After 4 months only had 6 patients a week between both and full
Availability. Really enjoy doing therapy just need a company that can support a full caseload and preferably that has benefits. Recommendations please! I’m a LCSW. TIA!!

Jump ship or stay the course

Been on around 24 days and have noticed some subtle physical effects in a positive light although feelings of worry and overthinking haven’t subsided. I have to spend an arm and a leg for Md appointments (500$ or more) just to get to get refills so for those who have had good experience- do I give the medicine longer to see the effects or stop at my first 30 day supply? Currently on 7.5 x2 a day. Thanks a lot!

Higher mileage stock brakes, what to do?

85K miles on my Chevy Colorado and never had brake components replaced. I have no squeaking and the brakes are a tad soft but nothing notable. Just going off mileage alone, would you go ahead and replace everything for safety?

The mystery continued on TXV vs actually larger leak

First picture is an hour or two after the inside unit froze up where technician who only went off the meter said we have likely a large leak, second technician comes says he adds 6 pounds of refrigerant no charge (sure) and that should keep it running for a few days before we need a full coil replacement. Third technician takes second photo you see stating that the issue all along was likely TXV getting stuck and now performing just fine, leak likely not the main culprit here and both first companies are just trying to upsell full coil replacement. Thoughts?

Scam or legit?

We noticed our home wasn’t cooling well and the coils were getting frozen so I shut it off and called a company. The first just checks the meter outside and says theirs a leak and they don’t have the coils for a 2019 carrier anymore. The second company does a sniffer test and says there is a large leak on the back coils and adds 6 lbs of Freon for FREE and says we need a $4500 coil replacement. 3 days later home is cooling fine and I’m left thinking what do we do now? $4500 is steep and neither company did a thorough check of everything. What would you do?

Buyback?

My wife and I have both worked at non profit for a while. Me 6 years and her 4. Mostly throughout all this mess of covid and save coming to an end and all the forbearance. How in the world we find out what counted toward pslf and what didn’t? Is there an easy way to do this and what is the concept of buyback? We have had a lot of life go on with having 2 kids so all this is a blur and we really need some educated guidance as we need all the credit we can get for pslf. TIA

Northwest Atlanta suburbs

Specifically Acworth, Woodstock, holly springs we are very curious. Heard good things but need to hear it from Reddit first lol. We like outdoor activities, decent schools, and politically moderate (relative to Georgia)

CPHQ transition

I’m an experienced occupational therapist wanting to shift to something non clinical. I like the idea of working quality but don’t love the numbers involved seemingly involved in something like lean sigma six cert.
i’ve now seen several job postings that requires CPHQ cert to work in quality at hospital systems. Is this cert worth it without direct experience in quality? Will it help land a job? Also are these jobs hybrid or on site typically? Any advice greatly appreciated!

Sorry for those under 177 cm but 177-180 is a flex if done properly

Those 177-180cm (5’9.5 -5’11) who workout consistently and have a good physique, have a lot of confidence, and carry themselves with good posture have a ton to offer and I’d argue to women are more of a draw than lanky and not overly confident 6’1-6’5 guys.

Spreading some positivity on this thread as you guys are too down on yourselves! Get in the gym and get that swagger up!!

What height are you reporting?

Using flair, doctor office, etc… do you claim morning height or evening? Or somewhere in between? A healthy spine can shrink upwards of 2 cm so you can be 5’11.25 upon waking but 5’10.25 at night

Thoughts?

No medical explanation, no elevated HR, normal everything

As title says. Palpitations which are seemingly obvious pvcs have been increasing thus anxiety increasing maybe causing more or more awareness. I’m 34 normal resting, labs, BP and heart rate. Less caffeine seems to help but several times a day and always a night the brief uncomfortable flutter or gasp of air happens. Extremely frustrating to not have an answer and a way to stop them. Advice or support anyone else in a similar situation greatly needed.

Day 3 with weird symptoms

Been a moderate caffeine drinker with definite caffeine sensitivity and recently have stopped cold turkey due to significant increase in heart palpitations and anxiety. Day three morning of I’m experiencing the feelings of having a large cup of coffee -those adrenaline type feelings but without any caffeine. Is this normal? Recommendations?
