Today a delivery boy stole the shoes of our neighbor.Even though we have CCTV in our apartment they can't report him 'cause a female member from our apartment had placed the order from her account(due to privacy and safety concerns)

So previously i had my 899 active for a year but after it the app automatically activated the recharge plan(sim recharge plan) which is still active if i check it in the Jio recharge app.
But last month they offered me a bait like upgrade to better plan for ₹1 for a month which i blindly accepted.
But after a month they have also terminated my previously active plan and now they are telling me to subscribe to continue watching.
But they never mentioned that the upgrade would terminate the previous plan and tbh no one bothers to read those long terms and conditions.
Isn't this fooling and taking advantage of customers' faith???
