Baby hates Ergo Embrace!

Can I please get a fit check? Baby is 11 weeks old and about 11 or 12lbs. He cries and fights for his life to get out of the carrier when awake. I have tried to get a deep comfortable seat for him and pelvic tilt. I worry about it being too tight but if it's too loose it's deeply uncomfortable and also not secure.

I will add, he has tummy issues and a lot of gas and reflux. Could this be causing a problem and I just have to accept he now hates being worn?

I also have Solly which he loved as a newborn and then at about 6 weeks started crying and fighting to get out of that too!

Baby waking every 45 minute sleep cycle. HELP ME!

8 week old wakes up every 45 minutes all night long. He is not hungry, not sad, cold etc....just awake and fidgeting. I have tried leaving him, resettling in the cot but neither of these work and just escalates until he is eventually fussing and crying. When I pick him up he cuddles into me and almost instantly falls back to sleep so I end up rocking him for 10 minutes and transferring back to the cot only to repeat this again in 45 minutes time! He is SO tired and I hate that he is waking up like this and not getting any deep long stretches of sleep at night. It also sucks for me!

Been going on maybe 2 weeks now? Just before this he had started sleeping in 4 hour stretches!

He is swaddled, white noise on, dark room etc. Getting lots of light in the day and contact naps for 1-2 hours.

Treat baby acne with distilled water, trust me

Buy a bottle of distilled water and put some on a cotton wool pad and swipe it over baby's skin - I did it just once a day during a nappy change. It drastically reduced the redness and made the larger red inflamed spots and whiteheads completely disappear overnight. Highly recommend if you want to avoid using any products that might make it worse.

I also tried breastmilk but this only made the skin temporarily less red.
