Anybody know why this is happening? The medication doesn’t show HCL like normal and the pharmacy is having issues receiving it.. Doctor has resent it already I don’t get it..

I have these flare ups on my face eyebrows chin hair and nose as well as my ears and back of head which the back of head I can’t pull those pieces off as easy but it’s where they itch like crazy until they crust up but was told I should remove the crusted parts? Is that true? I was told impetigo and given an rx for antibiotic cream but it doesn’t help itching or even seem to be healing anything.

Last picture just came off of my nose this is what the crust stuff looks like when it comes off and it leaves that red mark as shown in the pics. Any help is appreciated thank you.
