NO REFUND for 8 HOUR DELAY!!!!
American delayed my flight 8 HOURS for non-weather related issues! ZERO excuses for such poor management! And when I've reached out for a refund, I've been treated total disrespect! I can't believe they're allowed to do this, and have no concern for their customers
Here's what they sent me over Twitter! Are you kidding me!?!? I expect a bare minimum of help and compensation when you make mistakes
