Hi everyone, my wife and I are in the early stages of planning a move to Christchurch from Hamilton and we're just a bit overwhelmed with where to start, so we're looking for any advice from someone that's done that in the last 6-12 months please.... Things like ballpark budget, do's and don'ts, good neighbourhoods, moving options to consider - just generally speaking, how did you do it and what advice would you have? Thank you!! :)

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I work from home, so not tied to any specific neighbourhood.
