What is shortlisted means?

Please help me understand what shortlisted means. I'm done already with the application process as my last interview is the Final interview. Now, I received an email that I got shortlisted and asked for my 1 month payslip.

Now my problem is that on the payslip the monthly rate is different from what stated on my workday back then, and I don't have access to my workday anymore and I don't have a saved contract either. What I have told them is the salary on my workday which is only 1k bigger on my monthly salary in Payslip.

For those HR/Recruitment specialist here. May chance pa ba na ma hire ako? Btw this is a Financial account, a big Inhouse company in BGC. Or any advice/suggestion na pede ko Gawin. Thank you.

What are your thoughts about Kairi's performance against BTR?

What can you say about Kairi's rotation and jungling pattern during Game 1 and 2 against BTR? Do you think it's a team call not to contest the early objectives? Or Does he just have a terrible rotation? But, in Game 3 & 4 he did well, or was it really depends on the hero he was using?

Ano madalas niyo ginagawa pag brownout?

At dahil sa napapadalas na rotational brown out. Tuwing lowbat at walang internet. Ano madalas niyo pinagkaka-abalahan?

DIM: Mcbook Neo for daily use

I'm looking for a laptop that is good for work from home and video editing. Goods kaya this Mcbook Neo? or Lenovo Thinkplus pa rin talaga for long term use?

Multiple interviews and assessment, but always low-ball salary in the end.

I'm on my Job hunting journey now, simula March I always have invites for interviews, pero pansin ko anlaki ng difference ng job hiring process noon at ngaun.

To be honest, binababa ko na ung asking ko maski 28k goods na sa akin eh as long as hybrid, but in the end hindi pa rin kinakagat.

Btw I only have 4 yrs experience (8 mos CSR, 1. 5 yrs as Chat support and 2 yrs Back office). With my experience, do you think below 30k pa rin ba talaga dapat Kong i-expect na salary? Baka Kasi mataas lng talaga asking ko.
