I am a fresher and got hardlocked to a project , but the team assigned to me is completely in support whereas there is a gcp team in the same project , how do I switch teams?? I earlier asked for roll off but was rejected so is team switching also not allowed like project switching?? so this time can I ask for team switching will it work?? whom to ask?

I am a fresher who just got shadow hardlocked to a 24/7 support project with 5 days office , rotating shifts , weekend work etc, there is no chance of any skill growth here...I am thinking of sending a roll off request to my team lead with his manager, my workday manager, pmo , my workday hr in cc mentioning major skill mismatch ...can I get fired for this ? Anyone please explain what can happen in worst case

Please anyone help, I am a fresher who joined Accenture recently and then I was on the bench for 4 days and then I got hardlocked to a support role , it's horrendous 4 days office , rotating shifts , 24/7 support, please help me I got trained in gcp data engineer role , even If I don't get project in that at least something like pmo also will work for me...4-5 days with rotating shifts is too much, it's been 5 days ...pls anyone help, and tell what to do 🙏🙏🙏

I am a fresher level 12 , just got on bench yesterday, got a project call and the manager assured me that he will be hardlocking me , but it's been more than 15 ​hours still no mail ...I did ask him later at night , he texted in teams that pmo will send it definitely...now my question is I have two more calls scheduled for today with two more managers , ​can I take those calls ? Or should I avoid them...I already committed so I am scared to attend more calls but I feel they will be better..he did not send me hard lock so I am free to attend calls right?

Basically I am in a project whose RTO is on Monday but all my friends (​ they wirk in ​different projects) meet together on Friday, I have no problem coming on two days so I come on Monday for RTO and on Friday to meet my friends​...my question is I don't book my seats on Friday the non RTO day but one of my friends in a different project books for everyone of us...so is there some issue with this ... should this be avoided or am I fine??​

Can we charge mobile bills like jio or Airtel recharge in myte expenses?? I don't have wifi at home so I use hotspot..I know we can definitely charge wifi but confused about mobile bills ...it will be really helpful if anyone can advise

All seniors here , I joined Accenture this year as aase level 12 CTC 6.5 lpa, fresher ...so how much time will it realistically take me to reach 11 lpa in Accenture..if I can't reach it in 3 should I consider switching?? Many people are telling me to not focus on money now but on learning but ​it's my primary motivator so if anyone is kind enough pls answer it

Shuttle is asking for charge code , manager enterprise I'd etc , it has never asked for all these before what's the issue .. earlier it was just book seat in acp and ​then book shuttle

The mail mentions 45 days to get project...my question is what if I don't get project in 45 days , I just got assigned to bench ..it's been 2 weeks since I joined ..will i be fired??

I joined Accenture on 22nd may as fresher..today i ​got salary for may those 9 or 10 days, I just want to know is may considered till 29th, 30th or 31st ?? Cause what I received if I take 10 days multiplied by 3 doesn't give me my in hand salary ​mentioned
