speeding and driving without insurance

Hello everyone. I am deeply sorry about this situation. I already hold a motorcycle license from my home country, so upon arriving in the UK, I applied for a provisional license and planned to take the CBT course so I could ride a bike for errands and commuting. Unfortunately, I bought the scooter before completing the CBT; I had simply kept it at home unused. A few days ago, an urgent matter arose, and I hastily rode the scooter without having the CBT or insurance (but i have road tax, mot and V5C). To make matters worse, the speedometer was broken—something I was unaware of because I had bought the bike second-hand. Consequently, when I entered a 30mph zone, I simply followed the car ahead of me, matching its speed. I was horrified when, two days later, I received a police notice based on speed camera footage stating I had been traveling at 36mph in a 30mph zone. I am an international student and am currently in a state of extreme distress; I did not intend to break the law—it was an emergency, and I didn't know the speedometer of scooter was faulty. What should I do now? Will this affect my visa status? If I plead guilty to speeding, will they demand proof of insurance or a CBT certificate? I would appreciate your advice—please don't criticize me, as it was an urgent situation at the time.

My account has been locked and they gave me 14 days to contact them, and after 65 days the account will be closed. Please i need someone help me

I am a student studying abroad. I've only been in the UK for 5 months, and I opened my bank account 3 months ago.

Last month, I went back to my home country to visit family and then returned to the UK to continue my studies. During that time, my friends in the UK (from my hometown) asked me to bring some food from my country to them, and they transferred money back to me (I didn't make any profit, it was simply friends helping each other) around £10-£150 each. One friend (I know him through a friend of mine) also asked me to bring food over; we communicated via Facebook, and he transferred money to me to buy food. During my long flight and train journey, I lost my Lloyd's card and called the bank to request a new one. They checked my transactions and found that although my account was relatively new, there were many transactions. At the same time, my friend transferred £125 to me, and they accused me of trading (rice cookers, microwaves, etc.) for him. Then they suspected I might be involved in money laundering (but I only had a little over £100 in the bank, never that much money). This was simply because my English wasn't good, and I often borrowed money from friends. So, during their first call, I couldn't remember who transferred the £125; I thought I must have borrowed it from a friend. I told them I borrowed it from a friend, but they didn't believe me. My phone ran out of battery mid-conversation.

Later, I went to the bank in person, and that's when I remembered who he was – the person who asked me to buy food. When I explained, perhaps because my English wasn't good, I requested an interpreter. But they hesitated for a long time, forcing me to explain using my limited vocabulary. It was difficult to say , I was not lying, and they demanded that I bring my friend to meet them. He lives far away and couldn't arrange to come with me, and I couldn't explain myself (but everything I said was true). My social media account was hacked, and I couldn't recover it to show them our messages.

They sent me a letter, but I only checked it now and it's been over 14 days. Should I contact them again, and what should I say? Or should I just close my account in silence? Will I be flagged with CIFAS and will it affect my studies? Will they suspect me of money laundering over £100? I'm so worried! I need someone with experience to help me.

i can received my money in my account?
