I’m worried they didn’t get my accessory lobe out because my insulin resistance hasn’t dropped
I had my c section at midnight and my insulin needs haven’t totally plummeted, only slightly changed to lower

37+1 lost my mucus plug yesterday… anyways I have nooo idea how am I gonna tell if I’m in labor. At 36+3 apt I was 1cm dilated. I’ve been cramping and I’m guessing having contractions?
My belly will get really hard, takes my breath away, feels like a strong period cramp going around my lower belly then up then around to my back, then feels like I have to poo. And overall I’ve kinda constantly felt mild cramping especially the past two days.
The contractions have hurt pretty bad today, worse than the past two days I’ve had it happening. They’ve been happening a few times an hour but inconsistently.
But how tf am I supposed to know if I’m in active labor if this is how I feel now!!? I’m used to bad cramping from pcos.
Oh and I’ll get nauseous!
I really want to get a degree, that I can get a decent job with, but I’m worried because I’m literally giving birth in the next few weeks! So I hope to find something I can do online. We’re at our current ds until 2029 if that means anything.
I’ve done some pre reqs for nursing four years ago, but I honestly don’t think I wanna leave my baby at daycare while I do in person clinicals.
My back is killingggg me. I’m used to it hurting because of chronic back pain, but this is miserable. No matter what position I’m in, some part of my back hurts and I can’t get any relief. I’m sitting in my rocker now because it makes my lower back hurt a little less, but it’s killing my upper back. 😭😭 any other position and my lower back kills me
I’m 35+3 and am gonna stop my aspirin tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone got it after you stopped taking it
