Girls, what shoe size is considered small for a 26-year-old guy? Do you pay a lot of attention to size? Like with hands?

Sometimes I feel like you guys are staring at me a lot...

1.61 or 5'4 is too short for a guy older than 17 years old?...should I d be worried?

I'm a 26-year-old guy, 4'10" tall, fairly slim (around 40 kg), and I have small feet. Do you know of any clothing stores (especially suits) that might help me? I feel like lately, with the plus-size fashion trend, it's become absolutely impossible for me to find clothes.
