You are not alone.

Similar story to everybody here… Started with regular kratom about 2 years ago. Didnt like the taste so when I saw ‘kratom pills’ I figured I’d give it a shot. I was addicted within a week. Couldn’t go a few hours without it. Most of the time, I was just taking it to feel normal. And crazy expensive. At my worst, I was at 2000mg a day. But easily obtainable. I live in a city and there’s 4 places on my street that sells it. Anyways, the ban happened. Withdrawals. I’ve tried so many times to quit, but the withdrawals were god awful. I’ve never done heroin or fent, but I’ve read many times that the withdrawals are similar/if not worse than actual opioids. I got on Suboxone, got a good support system and came clean with everything. I’ve never told anybody my addiction, even my wife. Well, I’m here past day 7, no withdrawals (still taking very little subs), and I’m going to a rehab facility next week for outpatient care. I asked the rehab facility on the phone ‘I’m just curious, but has anyone else called in for this addiction?’. Her reaction said it all, ‘this is by far the most popular drug that people have called in for during the history of this facility’.

So with that being said, you are not alone. Most of us took it with a pretty harmless intention, and ended up being addicts. That’s okay though. It was easily obtainable, and unregulated. I got it the same place I got my soda and snacks. The truth though, is that you can’t be afraid to ask for help. I was keeping this secret of 7OH for over a year, and never got anywhere. I came clean and asked for help, and I wish I would’ve done that sooner.

I’m not saying I’m totally out of the woods yet. But if anyone needs help, please message me. Don’t be afraid to ask for help. It’s what got me through.

Peace and love to you all.

How much did Suboxone help?

Hello everybody. I’m just asking those who successfully quit kratom and 7OH, that is Suboxone worth it? I tried to quit 7OH cold turkey and by day 3 my withdrawal symptoms became ruthless. So I’m just wanting to get an idea of a better way to get off this stuff. Any other advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Does subs really work?

I’m attempting to quit 7OH. A got another stash of 7 with the plans to taper, but I’ve been reading a lot of people making an appointment with QuickMD and getting prescribed Suboxone. I’ve attempted to quit before, and by day 3 i couldn’t take the withdrawals.

So my question is, is Suboxone worth it? How much would you say it helps? And how long would I have to be on it? I’d like to not have to be on that for more than a week. And is this discreet? Any other info would help as well. Thank you in advance.
