Major achievements!!!!

So this might be kinda long....if you don't have time that's totally fine...just FYI in advance. Lol. So I have been pretty sick for 6 years since covid pneumonia in 2021 and was on a vent... I have been on oxygen since then full time because I was told my lungs would never heal and I would have respiratory failure for the rest of my life. I started Zep Sept 2025 at 381. I had gained about 100 pounds over several years between not being able to be mobile and not able to go out to being depressed and just giving up on life basically if im being honest. Well as of July I have lost 100 pounds and I had family who wanted me to try and get out and come for a visit in DC which meant first time on an airplane, in airports, around people after lots of isolation, just lots of firsts and lots of things I havent done since I got sick. Guys....it was wonderful. The plane ride was fantastic, I fit totally fine in my seat, I hadn't eaten in a restaurant in 6 years and we went out to dinner every night all 5 nights I was there, I got to dress up and felt amazing, ate healthy but enjoyed being out finally, even went to a party while I was there that had over 50 people and I didnt have my anxiety like normal. The biggest thing is that after the first day of arrival my oxygen levels were normal and I did not wear my oxygen once after that and I have been home now about 6 days and still havent needed it!!! It truly is like a miracle. I havent felt this alive in years and years. I even lost 6 pounds in less than a week! I know this is alot of writing but I mean I was told I'd never breathe without oxygen again and I was told my mobility would forever be limited. I went sightseeing in DC WITHOUT OXYGEN! I felt amazing and beautiful in my new clothes and just cannot begin to say how thankful I am for the new life I have and for the meds that have changed everything for me. If you havent started but wanna....don't wait. Start today, start right now! I am now off tons of meds also...A1C was over 7 and now 4.6 and just couldn't be more happy! I went from ready to be in a grave to now being so happy with life that I cant stop smiling and I'm not even to my goal weight yet but honestly I feel like I am and cant imagine how I will even be when I get there since I am already this happy. Even got asked out this week for the first time in 8 years!!!! Life is good. 90 more pounds to go but I cannot wait for the rest of this journey! Here are some shots of my trip. Just an amazing trip!!! Also since the oxygen is better I joined a gym and I cannot wait to get started!!!!!

New first time flyer and new to this site! Tips appreciated!

Hey everyone. Please be kind as I am new to this site and also a first time flyer. I never thought I would fly but need to get to family in DC. I didnt have a real ID so I went to DMV today and upgraded but doubt very much it'll be here before flight on the 7th! What I've researched seems to say I should be able to get through if I am extra early, did the confirmID online for fee, and have my paper copy and very nice lol. I will also be taking extra paperwork like birth certificate etc. Does anyone have any tips or advice on this and can anyone help me kinda have an idea of where to go and lines etc pics even? What to expect etc. I am going from TYS to DCA with American Airlines. Flight is 11:15 and I plan on being there by 8 due to extra security since I dont have realID yet. Ive never been on a plane so I am also very nervous and really would just appreciate any helpful advice you can give. Will only have carryon and don't need to check bags. Thanks in advance for info. Im on oxygen and this is all just a bit overwhelming for me. Thanks again!😬🫣🥹😊

1 year in on my journey....

Well it has been a full year since I started my weightloss journey. However my year with Zep doesnt begin until September...I started in the beginning with semaglutide compound. It worked a little and then the doc changed me once I was approved. I honestly can't believe it has been a year since the beginning. I feel like it has taken so long to get where I am but then I also feel it has flown by. Im nervous that I wont make it to my goal weight because I have been stuck at the same 6 to 10 pounds now for like 2 months. I am worried its stopped working even though I am doing everything perfectly. I have one more dose I can go up but then thats it and I really want my 12 to start working. Hoping my body just needs a break. I am very proud of how far I've come and couldn't have done it without this group! I still have 80 to 90 pounds atleast to go. Just going to keep going and pray the stall ends soon and I can start going down again and actually stay down. Ive lost 98 pounds and I have so many NSV's....I seem to have new ones daily. This medicine has changed my life and changed how I see food and everything that goes along with this journey. I am just so so thankful. I will never go back to the old me. I love that version of me and appreciate that I didnt give up but I've learned so much and come so far....I wouldn't trade anything for all the changes and growth and my new life! 🫶😊 I hope this next year brings me to my goals and many new chapters!🎉💪🎉

Finally had labs done....WOW!

So I have been on Zep since Sept.2025 and I've got several auto immune issues and inflammation has been outrageous. My blood sugar was high and after being finally being labeled a type 2 diabetic....I said enough is enough. I've suffered from chronic illness and been in pain for a long time. Well I had noticed the pain was getting better with time on shot so I asked my doc to do labs. I got results today and I was blown away and so happy. My crp and sed rate for inflammation had dropped by like 80 which is huge. My glucose was 88 and my A1c which is usually 7 to 7.5 is now 4.7!!!!!!!! Truly amazing! Also my Alt and Ast levels have been off charts at like 160s for several years and it was 14! No more liver issues or fatty liver. It's just truly amazing and I am so so grateful. Still have a ways to go on weight but this is truly what its all about!!!! Health! 😊🎉💪🫶❤️ Goodbye diabetes and bad liver!!!!

Favorite NSV so far!!!

I jumped in the car today not thinking anything of it but after I ran to town and then was back home turning in my driveway I realized how comfortable I was in my seat. How the seat belt was fine and totally fit me and before I couldn't even wear it cause it wouldn't go around me....and how before I had to scoot my seat to the max backward so I could fit and not be right on the steering wheel. But...today I had to scoot my seat forward and I still had like tons and I mean tons of room between me and the wheel. It was something I just hadn't noticed till today. 94 pounds makes a huge difference. I literally was in tears over fitting in my car!!!! I mean come on guys.... these moments....they are what this is all about! These moments are what I am so thankful for and I'm just so grateful! 😭🥹🤗❤️

Zep progress over the last 8 months!❤️🎉❤️

I was feeling a bit down about being stalled still but then I remembered I had made a couple pic collages of my progress and then measured today and I wasnt down anymore....still have a long way to go but very proud of all I've accomplished!

Started using Zozofit to measure in January 2026 and weighed 325 but I started Zep in September of 2025 and weighed 381.....

Total Measurements since January 2026.....
Chest- 5.9 inches
Upper arms- left 2.1 inches and right 2.2 inches
Forearm- 2 inches on both arms
Upper waist- 9.4 inches
Lower waist- 10.6 inches
Hips- 7.1 inches
Thighs- 4.1 inches on each one

Total Body Fat was 87.7% and now is at 74.2% which is 13.5% down.
BMI was 59.4 and now it is 53
Starting weight in September was 381.
Starting weight in January when I started using this to measure was 325. I had already lost 56 pounds before my first inches were ever taken.
I wish I could have known about this app and had my starting measurements to see truly how far I have come, but honestly I think even this amount of loss just since January is pretty dang good lol.
I'm stalled currently at 290 but just started 12.5mg 2 weeks ago and I know it will get rolling down again soon. Thanks everyone for being on this journey with me. Here are a couple pics to show my face and body shots from heaviest to now.... all I can say when I look at them is WOW because I honestly didn't see that person at 381. I see her now and I see me now..doesn't even seem like the same person....never will I be that heavy again. 8 months of Zep has changed my life. Can't wait to see the next 8 months!❤️

Helpful kind tips only please.. .🫶

Ok so....I have done well on Zep. Ive posted several times on here and everyone always says how great I've done so far and I totally get that I have. But....I finally got under 300 and hit 298 April 6th. Since then I have gone from 291 to 296 back and forth and back and forth. I have a small amount of food noise back also but nothing I can't handle. I looked up my calorie deficit and what I should be eating carb and protein etc wise but I just can't hit those high numbers. It is like IMPOSSIBLE! So April 6 to now May 21 and I am only sticking around 291-296 and CANNOT get under 290 to save my life. Im on 10mg but have 1 new box of 10mg and then also just got my 12.5 filled and is ready to go. Since its been like 6 weeks with nothing really changing does everyone agree that I should go ahead and start the 12.5 on Saturday and save the 10 for when I'm like at my goal??? Also I have about 90 more pounds Im needing to loose so just wanna make sure I can achieve that with only the 12 and 15mg left to go to...My water is excellent at around 110 to 120oz and I do very well with exercise and hit 10,000 steps daily. Also my measurements have kinda stopped moving as well. Sorry this is so long but I do just wanna know if I am correct in thinking I should skip my next box of 10s since I've been on that for 3 months and go on to the 12. Trying to not stress or overthink but think I am....lol. Thanks in advance, love this group, and all of you! Thanks for the support.... 🫶😊

Not there yet, but proud of me!

So I still have 10 pounds till I hit 100 pounds lost. Ive done great but also had some slowing down the last month....and been so impatient. I wanna get there so badly and even after that I still have about 90 more pounds to go which is ALOT....and I am starting 12.5mg in a couple weeks(fingers crossed)... BUT....I had to share something good.🎉😊..great to me...One...I walked in a store for the first time in over 10 years and I bought clothes off the rack!!!!! Best feeling ever.🤗 The second thing was about the size. I was all the way at 4 to 5x in shirts and like 26/28 in shorts....and even though I still have alot of weight to loose, somehow the way its proportioned on my body is making my clothes sizes drop way more than I expected so when I bought off the rack and even some really cute girlie stuff from a boutique (which I have never in my life been able to do boutiques🤯😍) I was able to buy LARGES!!!!🥹 So 4/5x to a large! That means way more than that scale sitting still or moving slowly.... It means I'm getting my life back....it means EVERYTHING!❤️I just wanted to share with everyone who has helped me and is still helping now....I will never give up on this journey and I will make it to my goals....slow or fast I will get there.I am just so grateful for this new life❤️😊.....🫶to you all! #wearechampions

So I started at 381 back in 2025 around end of August. I have gotten down to around 294ish....I keep going up and down a couple pounds. I have felt like I havent lost hardly anything in awhile. I saw my last post on here and realized it was a month ago yesterday that I hit 299 so I really have only lost less than 5pds in a whole month. Ive been on 10mg for 6 weeks now and it just seems like its not doing as good as I feel it should be. 7.5 wasnt great for me and I was so hoping 10 would just set me up for my next idk 25 pounds or so but.... I feel like im just spinning round and round not making progress. Don't get me wrong I know I have lost and I'm so thrilled with that but I still have almost 100 pounds needed to loose and sitting still isn't doing me any good🥹😬😭🤔#thestruggleisreal Zep....please dont be done with me yet🙏
