I was shopping yesterday for maybe 2 more meross lights and managed to reconnect another one i had laying around yesterday, with plenty of troubleshooting. Today that one light wont turn on with the correct scene color. Then today, after a year of the kitchen lights working fine, 2 of 3 on a light went unresponsive but still turn on. I tried resetting, 2.4ghz. They wont reconnect. Do yourself a favour, never buy Meross lights.

when i type windows key it for forces the order improperly and puts ctrl+shift+win+m instead of win key first like i pressed it. This causes the hotkey to fail. Any work arounds?

ofcourse they did the favor of signing me out in the app again. So i put in my account number to get a password reset. They send link to my email, i get asked to verify with phone. Its my old phone from years ago i dont have. Click alternative option, its a page with phone option only again. go to ai support, they ask for email, the one they just sent a reset password link to. “Sorry this email is invalid.” What now?

i need a time that runs down to zero when pressed and also hits a potion key on my keyboard.
