XL2566X+ or wait for the alleged new dyac 3 and 1440p 360hz?

I already own a nice 4k 144hz ultrawide for story games and eye candy and recently built a whole new PC.

9800x3d

5080

64gb DDR5

I wanted to see if zowie monitors are actually really good or if it's just a piece of overpriced tech. Also wondering if I will notice a big jump from 144 to 400hz for FPS games.

my main game I play right now is deadlock and I've been getting back into CS2 and valorant ( was never super high ranks in those games though)

I've recently seen comments about a new line up of zowies and dyac 3 coming as early as the end of june. Should I just pull the trigger since I've considering I've been thinking about this for months or just wait for the alleged newer monitors to come out?

I would buy it from amazon so I would have a 30 day return window if I don't end up liking it or thinking it was a waste of money.

game runs like shit with constant packet burst as well as massive frame drops which makes the game feel absolutely terrible to play and gunfights miserable. I'm constantly losing winnable gunfights to my game stuttering because my game will drop to 60 or 20 FPS at times. for context I have a 9800x3d, 5080 and 64 gigs of DDR5 so my hardware is not the issue. No other game I play has frame drops like this and yes I've tried messing with the settings, BIOS and drivers. So I've concluded this game just runs like shit which is insane for a game that's basically copy and paste each year. I'd have a better experience playing this game on a fucking PS5. I rarely play BO7 but when I do want to hop on a game or two to play ranked because that's what I find fun it just feels like shit. my rant is over
