How would I maintain this colour?

I'm thinking of dying my hair this colour or closer to white and keeping it for about a month or two, but I'm worried it's going to really damage my hair. I have a pretty consistent routine already, but I just wanted to know what the process and maintenance would look like. Especially since I don't intend to keep it for a really long time.

Are returning students from the US still being given visas?

I'm a student in the US and I'm curious to know if the embassy is still giving out student visas. From what I know, the last ones they issued before the travel ban are about 3 months, and you have to reapply for another one if you come to Zambia and wish to go back. So I just wanted to get an idea of the situation back home. Are students travelling back home or what?
