How do yall set your gear up?

What do yall know about back panels for this thing? I’m not a fan of Crye’s proprietary options, which leaves me searching for other quality options.

Looking for mainly backpack-focused options that you are able to zip/molle straight to the back pannel, similar to the CRYE JPC-R series zip on pack, or the BDS tactical Flak Pack. Please let me know. Thanks
