context, baby boy is 5 months old today. I was EBF for the first two weeks then pumping and feeding that since he wasn’t gaining (took a month to get up to birth weight, he last 6oz in 24 hours) since we’ve been doing formula but i really wanted to breastfeed with him since my first i had complications after birth and pp that made me not able too. i also only have one nipple i can get anything out of so i was running on one side both times. i know breastmilk has so many good things if not just drinking also topically. i had like maybe an oz or two saved and frozen one that was frozen right away so it’ll be good and one that was frozen at the like 32hr of fridge time mark to do something for me with later on (jewelry or keepsake). but i really wanted to try again especially now that im back at work and eating more again if i can get my supply up again since im eating im sure it’ll be fatty, that was the problem i wasnt eating so my milk wasnt fatty thus no weight gain) im rambling. any ideas?

edit to add: i can still hand express and get droplets so maybe?

tl/dr: 5m old baby, want to get supply back havent pumped in 4ish months? can hand express droplets come out so not fully dried up
