My oneforma account got deactivated out of nowhere without any reasons atleast I know.
I sent a mail to the team and even they created a case request also. Its been 2 weeks and I got 0 reply 😑.
What a shit support is this.
What should I do next?

When I just tried out applying for their slice cc they only asked Abt my college and they fetched my cibil ig.
I'm currently NIT Calicut 2nd year student with age of 20 only and i was surprised to have this approved.
Is this approval because of college or cibil?
I had nearly 760(due edu loan)
Also do anyone know how frequently they increase the cc limit??
Even though at last days they had increased rejection rate of submissions still better than others
Anyone know similar ones like this to do??
