Hey everyone,
I’m working on a postcard-format aviation art print of D-AIXL, the Lufthansa Airbus A350-900 in the “100th Anniversary” special livery.
I’m trying to balance two things:
It should work as a nice piece of artwork at first glance.
It should still have enough aviation detail to be interesting for people who actually care about the aircraft, registration, engines, delivery date, livery, etc.
Right now I’m unsure about the bottom information area. Part of me likes the collector/spec-card feeling, but I’m worried it may be too strong and takes attention away from the watercolor illustration.
Would you keep the technical details on the front, reduce them, or move most of them to the back of the postcard?
Curious what other aviation enthusiasts would change before I print a small batch.
