Update: I think I’m going to jail and I’m so scared

Okay so I made a post a while ago about my first speeding ticket, going 100 in a 65 through Madison county. And I said the judge sounded so mad and was talking about giving me an SES and I was freaking out

Well I had court yesterday and things went by so beautifully!! My attorney fought for me since this was my first speeding ticket, I had done a driver improvement course, a Victim impact panel, and 40 hours of community service before my sentencing and the judge gave me an SIS!!

I have two year probation which feels kinda long, but I dont plan on speeding EVER again. I learn from my mistakes and I’ll never forget how I felt during this whole ideal.

Only had to pay my court costs, and that wasnt even $100. Im super blessed and fortunate

Thank you everyone who told me to calm down and helped me realize this wasnt the end of the world.

The roads just got a lil bit safer, im slowing down permanently

I think I’m going to jail and I’m so scared

Not sure if this is the right flair

68 days ago I got my very first speeding ticket. And I screwed up majorly. I was rushing home to help take care of a loved one and I accidentally hit 100mph in a 65. Obviously I got a ticket and I had a hearing last week and it went horrible. I was panicking during all of it but I remember something being mentioned about an SES and possibly reducing my sentence

Im 22yr and this occurred in Madison County Missouri. Ive never had an issues with the law before and I havent had any issues since my initial ticket.

Yes I have slowed down and I’ll never make a mistake like this again. I dont ever drive like this in the first place. And yes I have an attorney.

My sentencing is in two weeks and I’m just freaking out so bad. I feel like my life is over, I know i messed up but I don’t have anyone I can talk too about this

Did I mess up getting whole Life insurance at 22?

Im 22 years old and today i finally got life insurance. My mom always told me to get whole life cause its the best. But its way more expensive than I realized.

I got a 55k plan for 58.55 a month. Is that too low? Or just a bad deal all around?

I don’t really make that much at the moment and this was the best affordable option for me. But my mom always made it sound like I could be paying like $30 for a 300k policy or something
