I'm a 31 year old male who has been smoking for a little over 10 years. Mentally I feel amazing. Physically my stomach pain has brought me to tears two days in a row. I just want two puffs to make it stop. Almost a taper of sorts but I have literally 0 intention of getting back to it like I did in the past. I've taken gas-x, miralax, drank plenty of tea, even used a heating pad but the stomach pain is borderline unbearable. How much will taking a couple puffs today potentially f*ck me
