Anyone who works as an apprentice or architect in Rustan’s? How’s the environment? Management? Salary?

To those who work in HR especially sa big companies (construction industry), do you usually call sa current company ng inintirview mo to confirm something or for some other reason? I’ve been submitting multiple applications sa mga companies kahit na employed ako pero somehow medyo natatakot padin ako kasi what if tumawag directly yung inapplyan ko sa current company ko lalo na at direct to our boss yung contact since wala naman kaming HR 🥲

Currently employed ako as an apprentice in a small D&B firm in the province but actively looking and submitting resumes on job postings I see since January. I haven’t resigned yet kasi as much as possible gusto ko sana may back up agad. Is there a possibility ba na tumatawag for verification ang HR from the company you applied sa current employer mo? Technically, wala kaming HR and the contact number of the company is direct to our principal architect 🥲 My mind bugs me na magresign nalang agad as soon as possible and see what’s next for me.
