Need feedback please, first website for a client

This is my first ever website built for a client. I’m pretty proud of it but obviously always room for improvement. Would love to hear some feedback.

I’m aware that the pictures need to be changed. Client is super busy and we haven’t had any time for a media day. That’s what we’re planning for next.

Client opted for an SEO retainer so we will be building more service pages in depth and service area pages but this is the foundation for now.

What’s the limit of service pages with city names?

For service-based companies. Does it work for you to have multiple service pages with different city names? Or does Google mark you down for that?

For example
Service A (hub page)
- Service A City 1
- Service A City 2
- Service A City 3
Etc

How much would you charge?

How much would you charge for this site? I want to see where I landed in the market. I know it’s different for everybody but just trying to get an idea.

Here’s the scope:
- HCOL area
- Residential, Commercial and Emergency Plumbing website
- They’re about 1 year old, but they’ve had significant success from the jump. Grocery store contracts, golf courses, high end resorts and property managers have hired them for huge jobs.
- 20 page site
- 2 service page hubs
- 10 service pages
- SEO optimized for local
- Competitor analysis
- AI generated photos and stock photos (client had none)
- I did all research and copywriting
- Custom FAQs on nearly every page
- Popup contact form
- GSC setup & Sitemap submitted
- Domain migration
- SMTP setup

TYIA

EDIT: If you don’t mind, mention how long this project would take you and if you’re full-time, part-time or a side gig.
