My infosys sp/dse interview experience

So ,it was oncampus and my OA was on 11th august, did only one question completely and got shortlisted(idk how), today was my interview. He gave 2 questions and asked me to attempt one of my choice ,11 out of 12 test case passed and 3 visible also, in interview he asked mostly from resume...on paper he asked me logic of trapping rainwater but initially i thought that he is asking for that medium problem so i explain that whole solution using two pointer with TC and SC then he said array is bar ,so this one is hard level and i only said that i only know basic logic, then asked about project ,both were from ML ,

He asked me to design regex pattern but i only know how it work and basic of it so i answer only those point, asked two queries in which first one was almost correct but little syntax error whereas in second one my answered query was a bit different from what he asked...explained my projects but was not able to explain confusion matrix, f1, recall....then asked trsversal in tree which i explained those in, pre , post, bfs and dfs traversal.......results have not been announced yet...but still ...i am going with 25 percent yes and 75 percent no...[.open for any discussion]

Micro1 $140 AI Facial Data Collection Project -Concerned about long-term use of my face/biometric data

Hi everyone,

I was selected for Micro1's AI Facial Data Collection Contributor project. The project requires submitting 30 selfies and 10 short videos, and the Statement of Work says the payment is $140 USD after the complete package passes quality review.

However, I received the contractor agreement and some of the data/likeness clauses made me a little uncomfortable.

The contract appears to say that the captured data can include things like:

Photos and videos

Voice/audio

Facial geometry / biometric information

Image and likeness

Behavioral/motion data

It also gives Micro1, its affiliates, customers/end users, etc. fairly broad rights to use, modify, distribute and sublicense the captured data for AI/ML training and related purposes. Some of the licenses are described as perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide and sublicensable.

It also mentions the possibility of creating synthetic or derivative versions of the data/likeness.

There is another clause that says I consent to activity-tracking software on my personal devices, and I'd like to understand what that actually means in practice.

My main concern isn't really the $140. It's whether participating could cause problems years later.

For example:

Could this affect a future background verification (BGV) when joining companies or IT companies etc.?

Could it cause any problem if I later apply for government jobs such as SSC CGL?

Could it cause problems when applying for a Master's degree abroad?

Has anyone here actually completed this project and received the payment?

Does anyone know exactly how the submitted photos/videos are stored and who gets access to them?

Can the original data be deleted after the project?

What happens to derivatives/synthetic data created from the submissions?

Has anyone asked Micro1 these questions and received a clear written response?

I'm not accusing Micro1 of doing anything wrong. I'm just trying to understand what I'm agreeing to before submitting highly personal data.

If you've signed this exact type of contract or completed this specific facial-data project, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Also, if someone has legal/privacy experience with AI training data, I'd especially appreciate your opinion on the perpetual/irrevocable likeness and biometric-data clauses.

Thanks!
