TRT causing UTI like symptoms, how do you verify BPH is the cause?

I'm been on TRT for six months and working through the proper dose which we settled on 60Mg weekly which I was doing twice per week. At month 5 I started having frequent urinary/urgency symptoms along with "stream" issues especially at night. I had a Urine culture done and no UTI so I switched to "micro dosing" every other day to try and avoid level swings but that ended up not doing much and the TRT is mostly out of my system. I got a PSA check and my numbers were good, no worries on Prostate cancer.

I would like to go back onto TRT and I am switching docs since mine was not as familiar with men. I've got an appointment this week with a new doc, and I'd like to go in with some education on my part, and I do suspect BPH and I also found stomach/pooping would increase my UTI like symptoms. Would they normally do an MRI/Ultrasound or something to conclusively verify BPH or should I just ask to be put on Cialis with the TRT, or an Alpha Blocker.

Fare verification issue with Apple Pay/Express Transit

I sent this in to SoundTransit, and figured I post here as well as an FYI.....

I wanted to raise a concern during a recent ride where your Fare Ambassadors showed up in the car I was riding in which in itself was not the problem. The problem arose from my usage of the Apple Watch, which uses Express Transit payment at your station fare collection and the payment is processed using the card associated with express transit which for me is an Visa card #2. However the your individually held terminal is NOT configured for express transit and when my watch was verified, it used my Visa card #1 since that is my default apple wallet payment for normal transactions. This caused my fare verification to fail, and also created confusion with the ambassador not understanding what was happening or why. It turned into a debate which was cur short as I was at my stop and given the focus on fares, which I fully support, SoundTransit needs to get this process RIGHT starting with the portable terminal, and also having the ambassadors understand the how the fare processing works, and the burden should NOT be on the rider to have to explain what is happening.

Smart GFCI always shows in TEST mode but it's not

I decided to put my GFCI on my IOT Network so I reconfigured the wireless and it seemed to be working just fine. I got a series of Manual Trip messages which I assumed were due to my reconfig however the My Leviton app, Web all show the GFCI is in TEST when it is not. The plug is working fine, and I have a solid green, and the app shows the Wifi is up and great signal. I pushed the trip/reset a few times but it still shows Tripped. I powered off the GFCI at the breaker twice for two minutes each, and still the app shows it is in TRIPPED. I cannot figure out how to clear it, and I checked the Web dashboard which also has that. I figured I would put it back on the old Wifi network and when I hold the TEST, and get the flashing green my app says it can't find it. I also tried the Restart Software which needs the flashing green and it also fails. I was hoping the break power cycle would have cleared the problem but I guess not. Any clue how I get the App/Leviton to show it is back to normal operation? I will add that when I manually trip it, and push the reset I get an app message that it is back to normal and than immediately I get a manually tripped message which is what it is stuck in.

A bit of an update, if I press the RESET button for a few seconds, the app switches to Protected but as soon as I let the button go, it goes right back to TRIPPED. It seems like the switch is broken since I can't get the reported mode out of Tripped even though it is working.

Pharmacy won't fill 10ml because it won't be used within 30 days

I was hoping to save some money, and I pay $10 for 4x1ml vials, and $20 for 10ml vial however my dosage would take five months to use the 10ml and the pharmacist said it had to be used up in 1 month per the manufacturers guidelines so she didn't fill it. I'm curious if I should heed the guidelines and stick with the 1ml vials or push to get the 10ml and not sweat the extra four months.

Occasionally getting “Service Interruption” alerts

I’ve got a WiFi GFCI plug installed for my chest freezer, and for almost a year I’ve heard nothing from it. In the past month, I have started getting “service interruption” alerts. I get the alert and within a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes service was restored. There isn’t a power outage at the house nor with outlet as I have a ring camera plugged in to it as well. Any idea why this is happening given the power isn’t going out?
