My ChatGPT has lost ALL of my work from 8/18. And I don’t do my daily prompt for Claude to keep it brief. Trying to reconstruct it with notion. This is awful. I run my company with ai and now…this is so bad I’m nauseated.

I have been struggling so hard with being a female founder, AI feels biased against us the struggles that we have to overcome our insane. My primary use of Claude is to help me run my business on a daily basis with an integration into Notion. It’s not extremely complex so I feel like it could be replicated but Claude seems to have the most connectors for Gmail, Apple apps, Notion, Square, lovable. I’ve been intentionally training multiple models in anticipation of Claude becoming what it is… In short, what are the strongest LLMs you have used to successfully maintain your notion?

What is going on with Claude? It has been terrible for the past two days. Does anyone know why it’s so slow, not generating responses, constantly compressing and the kicker is this is happening the week that I spent 120 bucks to upgrade.

So I went on it to loose a small amount of weight which I’ve done. In addition to reduced food noise I genuinely think one of the side effects is making me feel happier and less anxious. It seems to me that this makes sense considering it impacts the food noise so why wouldn’t it perhaps silence anxiety, noise as well. But anyway, I’m trying to figure out how to stay on it and if anyone has ever used it for a long-term. I’m 123 lbs so def not intending to lose any more
