Guys help me out what should I get a ipad or a Android

So I am the type who barely uses apple well it's more I just don't like and its too expensive too.

So recently I have started to have the need for a tablet not for gaming or shit but for school and notes and stuff.

I need a decent tablet but I don't know if I should get a ipad or Android I do have a windows laptop but it's a gaming one which I can't carry every where.

Suggest something decent which can be used to watch stuff take notes etc. My budget isn't that high like 15-20k so take that into mind team. Well budget is also the reason I don't wanna get a ipad I just didn't know with my budget could I even afford one.

SO THIS IS MY TEAM CURRENTLY.

As u can see from the levels charizard gyarados and Raichu are my mains. I am currently in the bug type town and just finished the silph scope mission after defeating geovanni.

So what should my last three pokemon be and is my move pool good. And can I win against elite 4 with the first four pokemon I heard pigeot is not a good pick.

So Keeping Charizard, gyarados and raichu what else should I capture and use. Oh yeah I have a dratini and syther too.

Edit 1: Guys I am looking for a comparative advice like this pokemon would be better because of this advantage type shit and no I dont wanna use goldduck(I just don't like it)
